Anal Play

• Crossdressing and anal play are my main fetishes outside of AB/DL. They're distinct fetishes for me, but I'm happy to combine them :)
• Enemas
• Well...Wow...I enjoy butt plug play quite a bit, mostly as it provides the constantly 'used' feeling that I'm told sissies should have XD I often combine a few fetishes, however it's all rolled up into ab/dl in one way or another.

BDSM

• They are unrelated for me. When I am in Little mindset, it has nothing to do with my sexuality whatsoever, whereas BDSM and fetish activities are very much sexualized.
• BDSM - especially scenes relating to hospitals/other institutions and with diapers used as control, etc., within BDSM. Other fetishes include bondage and restraint, some rubber/plastic. Always more often as bottom although when fantasizing about regular (male) partner etc, its as a top and that, conversely, has more 'caring/nurturing' etc themes.

Bondage

• First I learned of diapers and then baby play, as the thought of being a baby progressed the realization that most babies are kept in bondage came to me, car seat/high chair/walker/leash/crib, all devices to protect and restrain babies so bondage was the next item, and from there sissy frilly cloths, and the list just kept growing and growing.
• I have an interest in chastity belts which, while not something I combine with ab play, could be seen as similar in that access to the genitals is denied pretty much in both cases and the humiliation/masochism aspect exists for both.
  

Crossdressing

• I have felt like I wish I was a woman and wearing a diaper gives the illusion of having no penis and having a vagina
• While I am a crossdresser I have never mixed dressing as a woman and ab/dl together. AB/dl tends to not get mixed with other fetishes for me, but crossdressing may involve some bondage or humiliation.
• As a small boy I was dressed in girls' clothes most of my life due to having two older sisters and being on the poor side. so i wore panties and lil girls stuff up till i was in the fourth grade. and didn't know the difference. as far as the diapers i was put in a diaper at age 7 by my grandmother for being bad, not sure what i did but that's when i started to like to wear diapers all the time. them she found out i was taking them from my brother and wearing them i was told that i would be wearing them from now on. and did till i was taken a way from mom and grandma, because mom was not able to take care of my brother and I after my step dad left.
• I began an interest in (school) girl's gym suits when I was in jr high school and have continued this. Only w/in last 7/8 yrs began interest in diapers. Both have been somewhat sexual - now I have one gym suit left which I sometimes wear over my diapers...

Furry Fandom

• There is no sexual fetish for me when it comes to being a babyfur. It is all about the innocence.
• I consider myself as a babyfur. My fursona is a six-year-old female calico kitty. She is bossy specially with kids about her age or younger and likes to do mischief. She, usually, wear pull-ups because of her weak bladder but don't like to wear diapers that much, because it sounds babyish for her. Because of her mischievous actions her mommy, often, put her back in diapers as a punishment and her lil brother also make fun of her because of that.
• While I have been interested in diapers since I was 5, I discovered furry fandom only as a teenager. When I first got into furry fandom, it was very much about expression of sexuality. I keep separate personas for the side who's interested in the artistic and sexual aspects of the fandom, and for the side who's a babyfur. I like mixing furry fandom and AB/DL interests because there are many similar elements in being a baby and being a pet -- acting cute and adorable, submitting to a caregiver, and being comforted. That, and babyfur characters are really cute.

Oral

• Dummies and baby bottles; the teat is my main interest
• I am orally fixated. I love pacifiers, bottles, toys, etc. If i can stick it in my mouth and chew on it, it's all the better.
  

Infantile objects

• Baby items such as baby bottles, pacifiers, toys are part of my fetish.
• Anything related to baby: cribs, highchairs, stroller, changing tables, baby bottles, bibs bonnets, sleepers, diaper pins
• I'm not sure if being attracted to toddler style clothing and bottles is sexual or just a part of being an adult toddler. I've never been interested in playing as a toddler - my brain needs a bit more stimulation.

Plastic or Leather

• Snowpants, snowsuits, "wind" pants - swishy fabrics which sound like the swishy/crinkly disposable diapers turn me on as well. Also the feeling of nylon panties - the "slick" sensation is like the feel of a disposable diaper's plastic backing. When these fabrics get wet, they're very much like the feeling I recall of my wet diaper in plastic pants as a child.
• I love leather, which has no relation to my diaper interests.

Misc

• My other fetishes have very little to do with AB/DL-ness, they could be considered riskier in the sense that there is an actually danger to them. I also have a fire fetish, breathing, feeding, or naked flame next to a person, specifically an attractive person, has a great effect on me.
  

Menswear

• My first fetish was for union-type long johns. My diaper fetish was not realized until about age 50.
• Other than diapers, plastic pants, onsies and overalls, I am also into sports gear, like wrestling singlets, lycra shorts, nylon running shorts, football gear(pads, pants, etc) Also like parachute pants(the original tight fitting kind from the mid 80's).
  

Panties/Lingerie

• Silky feel fabrics. My young adult years focused on nylon underwear, and to some degree women's lingerie or panties. Ten years ago I discovered diapers and this has mostly replaced the earlier interest. I have recently wondered about my childhood thumbsucking (until 3rd grade) which was always accompanied by the satin part of a blanket caught in my hand and tickling my face. That may be the tie in to the AB "draw" along with the fetishism of my earlier experience.

Power Exchange

• I said yes to sadomasochism, but it is in fact very much the power play (or trust play as I say). I don't take the pain very far at all (i.e.. no whips, no hot wax); general things more like being restrained, blind folds, spanking. I think that very sense of safety (for me) inherent in trusting some one enough to engage in power play is very related to the safety of being an AB with some one I trust.
• I am a top who likes to have a bottom, usually boy in diapers. I find they work great for bondage scenes or to have him in them all weekend under his pants. He knows if that is the case and he misbehaves he knows that those diapers will certainly be shown off, though they may be still even if he behaves. Or watching him down serving trying to hide the diaper showing out of the back of his pants. Also, I enjoy him in puppy role frequently.
• I've always been interested in submissive roles, sexually and for fun. AB/DL stuff naturally fits into that role.
  

Sissys

• I liked being spanked, especially when I have an accident and wet my pants. I also like being dressed as a baby girl because my images of infancy are of my baby sister toddling around with her diapers showing under her dresses

Spanking

• My interest in being spanked developed before ageplay and before my interest in diapers

Trust

• For me, AB/DL is more than just a sexual thing. For me, I like the intimacy of diapers,not just the sexual part of it. I did have a girlfriend when I was 15, that wore diapers for pleasure. She asked me to wear diapers for her, and of course I did. She said that diapers would bring us closer together,intimately,and help us trust each other. And it did. She taught me,with diapers,that you need intimacy before sex.Or sex just doesn't mean anything. Often times, when my girlfriend did change my diaper, that was all I needed to have done. No sex involved. The diaper change was enough to satisfy me. Don't get me wrong,there were times that things did lead to sex, with diapers involved. But it was a more passionate love making,than lustful sex,than anything.

Watersports

• My first interest was in wetting myself, at the age of six. Diapers and plastic/rubber pants followed later, when I was able to organize buying them, washing them and hiding them, round about fourteen.
• Well the only other fetish I have besides being a AB/DL is the attraction of female pants-wetting and desperation. Which usually results them to peeing their pants to be put into diapers, in my fantasies.
• I answered yes to question 28, but if the question had been worded slightly differently I would have answered no. I don't have a sexual attraction to anything that doesn't involve urine or feces in some way. Vanilla sex never interested me for as far back as I can remember. I like urine whether it's in an adult/watersports context or a little/diaper context. And yes, I knew I liked that before I knew (at least consciously knew) that I wanted to regress. Maybe I unconsciously knew I wanted to regress; given a few events in my early life you could certainly make a case for that. But if I trust my conscious, I was just a kid who liked pee and wetting, until I got old enough to really understand what emotional pain means, and it broke through the mask of societally-enforced stoicism, and I realized how good it felt if you didn't have to be grown up all the time, and how good it felt to give other people the same chance.
• I enjoy desperation and wetting, regardless of whether a diaper is present; a diaper being included is just more arousing.
• DL came after a few years of other fetishes, out of a growing love for WS. Now I enjoy DL far more then most other things including WS.
• I'm very interested in urine and urination. It relates to being an AB/DL because of peeing in diapers and changing peed-in diapers.
• I have always enjoyed being wet. I think the wet feeling is the most important. When my penis is in a hot, wet environment, i.e. diaper, I do become sexually excited.
